A: sadly it isnt. Trust me i was disappointed, but you can buy it for 1200 microsoft points in the market place 1200 point is about $15 and you can buy them with a credit card on the Xbox 360 or buy a card at GameStop and redeem the code on your Xbox360

Psychonauts Developer, Sega Team Up To Deliver The Cave
