Bieber is definitely in a giving spirit this Christmas, he recently teamed up with local radio station Q100 to help Children's Healthcare of Atlanta while on tour in Georgia. To keep in the holiday spirit, they wanted to collect toys for the kids at the center and Bieber used his tour bus parked in front of Philips Arena as a substitute for Santa's sleigh and used the radio station to drum up publicity for a ' Stuff Bieber's Bus ' stunt.
