On your photo of Sept 18, there are two possibilities: 1, the FT had reversed your “negative”; or 2, you had your jacket specially made so the pocket is on your right side so that you put your handkerchief or additional on your right, instead of the usual left side. Which is it?
All of my suits, except my shooting ones, have right-hand top pockets because they provoke people who take it for granted that they should always be on the left. I find it much more practical taking out my BlackBerry or mobile phone on the right rather than the left. It also carries an air of unconventionality which the world can always do with.
