The Ghanaian-born London lad constantly highlights he's proud of his roots but drums it home how far he's come. "Negative to positive no longer will I suffer," he raps.

As well as being co-founder of a record label with Jay Z, establishing a lucrative clothes line and being a successful artist himself, Tinchy got a degree in Digital Arts and Moving Imagery from the University of East London.

This minute hit maker could be a motivational speaker in a school making hall. He tells the young people cheering in front of him: “If you find credible in what you’re doing, you’ve got to stay strong.”
