I never post on other MMA forums, and I normally don’t read them either, but when I saw a tweet that Dana White might be shutting down the team takeover forum, I had to read it. I doubt that Dana White even pays publicity to anything other than the UG but I had to read it. It looks like a “Zuffa employee” posted on the UG that Dana would shut down team takeover, but I doubt the validity of that. My beef with team takeover is that they all hang on whatever BloodStain Lane says, and even though OCCASSIONALLY (same situation) of the points he makes, I still think he’s a douche. We get it, you know you’re fighters and your fights, but you obviously have no house sense at all. If BloodStain did have biz sense, he would realize that without Dana White, MMA would not be where it is today, establish that…please. I myself as a fan of the UFC and Zuffa do not accept with everything Dana says, furthermore I also realize that the UFC hype machine does what it has to to sell it’s fights. You can’t suppose everything Zuffa puts out there, because they are doingit for the betterment of THEIR company, just like every other point that has competitors. I’m also a fan of JMMA, and YOU CAN BE FANS OF BOTH. To mindlessly hate everything Zuffa is just moronic, and to curse at and call everyone who is a fan of the UFC a Zuffa Zombies pathetic. To hang on to the glory days of Pride is just sad, Pride doesn’t exist anymore, and more and more of the Japanese MMA stars are coming over to the UFC, are you going to hate them now too? Just because you don’t approve of with everything Dana White says doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the UFC fights. Fighting is fighting, I don’t care what organization it’s in (even though I’m not the biggest fan of StrikeForce, I still watch it), or what continent it’s on. I was a fan of K-1 before I even paid publicity to MMA. If you have a planner, you know that the UFC is a Characterize of MMA, and that Zuffa is going to do what they have to to sell their Identify. You will also realize if you have a thought that there are other high level MMA organizations and fights going on besides the UFC. If you post on team takeover, that’s cool, I just hope you understand that you can be a fan of both the UFC and StrikeForce, and Dream, and K-1 Dynamite, and Sengoku, and Bellator, and JMMA in general. I’m glad to see that the majority of the people that posted on the UG about this approve with me, check it out on MixedMartialArts.com . I think Bloodstain is sad, if anyone makes a point against what he says, his defense is to verbally rush them, and yet he says he can go toe to toe verbally with anyone on MMA. The whole BloodStain (gangsta tough guy) character is just sad, a suburban white kid trying to act “gangsta” and hard on the internet…grow up. Not to waste anyone person or forum, but anyone who acts hard on the internet is sad to me. It’s cool to be a fan of JMMA, but don’t raid everyone else who likes the UFC, because some of us realize that some of what Zuffa says is in fact B.S., but we are still fans of the fights.
He landed in between the couple and hit the bench hard directly on his stomach, and in one fluid motion vomited in what can only be described in an explosion. It was literally a miniature puke fountain. The girl handed the guy napkins and he wiped his shoes and leg. This was my first SantaCon & I saw none of this "bad Santa" behavior the entire 12 hours I was there. The worst thing I saw was one Santa that had passed out on a couch in a bar in midtown around 8pm. But overall it seemed like everyone was having a good time, Santas & non-Santas akin to. The bars were so packed that it took forever just to get from the door to the bar to order a drink & by the time you were done with it it was time to move on to the next place - I think I managed to get in 4 drinks over the entire 12 hours. I spent most of the time walking through the streets singing carols & handing out candy canes to kids. My group was stopped multiple times throughout the day by bystanders asking what was going on, but they were all genuinely happy about it. And the fact that there were exactly zero SantaCon-related arrests in NYC ( http://www.nydailynews.com/new... ) should go to show you how few & far between these bad Santas in truth were. Stop harping on the few bad apples and rise all the good, well-mannered Santas that were helping to spread a little holiday cheer.
